A native of Okaloosa County, Mr. Campbell is a 2004 graduate of Niceville High School. Mr. Campbell received his B.A. from Florida Institute of Technology in the field of Forensic Psychology prior to attending Stetson University College of Law.

Mr. Campbell has previously served as an Assistant State Attorney with the 1st Judicial Circuit of Florida, a Senior Attorney with Children's Legal Services, the statewide law firm that represents the Department of Children and Families in all judicial matters, and as Assistant Regional Counsel with the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel for Region 1 of Florida. Mr. Campbell has received additional training through the Florida Traffic Safety Resource Prosecution Program in the fields of DUI Trial Advocacy and Prosecuting DUI Refusal Cases. Mr. Campbell has also been certified in the Florida Safety Decision Making Methodology through the State of Florida's Department of Children and Families.

Mr. Campbell resides in Crestview, Florida.
